1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Season Predictions ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Choose a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

3. Groups and predictions

Anyone can create a group and becomes its admin. Group admins set their own rules, including any entry fee. The service provides the scoring and leaderboards; it does not run, endorse, or take a cut of any sweepstake.

4. Entry fees and payments

Any entry fees are arranged directly between members and their group admin using a payment link the admin provides. We do not collect, hold, or refund money, and we are not party to any payment dispute. You are responsible for ensuring any sweepstake you run complies with the laws of your country.

5. Fair play

Predictions lock at the deadline set by your group. Don't attempt to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or access other users' accounts. Results are sourced from third-party data providers and may occasionally be corrected.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and free of charge during World Cup 2026. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features at any time.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including disputes between group members or inaccuracies in match data.
